We ship worldwide. Every destination we currently deliver to is shown at checkout, so if your country appears there, your order can be placed.

Flat-rate shipping of $4.99 USD applies to every order, regardless of where in the world it is going. There are no weight-based or per-item charges.

Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST are processed for dispatch the next business day. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days and transit takes a further 5 to 8 business days, so most orders arrive within 6 to 10 business days of purchase. International orders can occasionally take longer if customs processing is slow.

Yes. Every order includes tracking, and your tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the parcel has been dispatched. We work with a range of international and local carriers, so the one assigned to your order may vary by destination.

Email us at support@antoinebellier.com within 1 day of ordering to change your address, or as soon as possible to cancel. Once an order has been handed to the carrier we cannot reroute it or cancel it, so please wait for it to arrive and then follow the return process.

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Items need to be unused, unworn and unwashed, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging, and accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase. Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted.

Email support@antoinebellier.com and wait for our team to confirm your request and send you the correct return address. Please do not post anything back before you have those instructions. Repackage the item with its original tags and packaging, then send it to the address provided and keep your tracking until the return is complete.

Return shipping is paid by you, and we recommend a tracked service, as we cannot take responsibility for returns lost in transit. We do not charge restocking fees. Any customs duties or import taxes involved in returning an international order are the customer's responsibility.

Size exchanges are free, including international shipping. Email support@antoinebellier.com and tell us whether the item was too small or too large, and we will send the replacement at no cost. You do not need to send the original item back, so you are welcome to keep it, gift it or donate it. If the size or colour you need is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or refund you.

Email support@antoinebellier.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will replace the item free of charge, and if a replacement is unavailable we will issue a full refund.

Once your approved return arrives at our warehouse and has been inspected, we refund your original payment method within 2 business days and email you to confirm. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 3 to 10 business days to post the funds. Original outbound shipping, customs duties, import taxes and any protection fees are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

If the delivery address entered at checkout was correct, we will send a replacement. If you would rather have a refund, we confirm non-delivery with the carrier after 14 days and then process it.
