Refund policy

At Antoine Bellier, customer satisfaction is a priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to make the return process simple and straightforward.


Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify, the item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it (unused, unwashed, and unworn)

  • In its original packaging with all tags attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt)


How to Request a Return

Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you:

  • A free prepaid return shipping label

  • Instructions on how to return your item

Please do not return items without contacting us first, as unapproved returns may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Return shipping is free.
You are responsible for printing the label and dropping off the package at the specified location.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

We cannot accept returns if:

  • The item has been worn, used, damaged, or altered

  • Original tags or packaging are missing

  • The return request is made more than 30 days after delivery


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue promptly by either replacing the item or issuing a full refund.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order separately.


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed for picking and packing.
If your order has already left our warehouse, you must wait for it to arrive before initiating a return.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has shipped

  • There are no restocking fees


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3 business days.

After processing, please allow up to 7 additional business days for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund transaction.
