Refund policy

This policy explains how to return or exchange an Antoine Bellier order and how refunds work. It applies to orders worldwide. Please contact us before returning anything so we can provide the correct return address.

  • Returns accepted for orders worldwide

  • Return shipping is paid by you, with no restocking fees

  • Size exchanges are free, including shipping, and you keep the original item

  • Damaged or faulty items are replaced free of charge or refunded

  • Refunds are issued within 2 business days of your return reaching our warehouse

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Requests made after the 30-day window has closed cannot be accepted.

Where We Accept Returns

We accept returns for orders placed from any country or region to which we ship.

What Qualifies for a Return

  • Unused, unworn and unwashed

  • In its original condition, with all original tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

What Is Not Eligible

  • Items that have been used, worn, washed or altered

  • Items returned without their original tags or packaging

  • Items returned outside the 30-day window

We do not charge restocking fees.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@antoinebellier.com to begin your return request.

  2. Wait for our team to confirm your request and provide the correct return address. Please do not send anything back before receiving these instructions.

  3. Repackage the item carefully with all original tags and packaging included.

  4. Send the parcel to the address provided and keep your tracking information until your refund or exchange is complete.

Return Shipping

  • Returns must be sent by mail to the address provided by our support team.

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

  • Any customs duties, import taxes or additional charges associated with returning an international order are the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Email support@antoinebellier.com and tell us whether the item was too small or too large.

We will send the replacement at no cost to you, including international shipping.

You do not need to return the original item, so you may keep it, donate it or gift it.

If the size or colour you need is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or issue a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

Email support@antoinebellier.com within 30 days of delivery with photographs of the issue and your order number.

We will replace the item at no charge. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.

Order Cancellations

If your order has not yet been dispatched, email us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled. Please wait for it to arrive and follow the return process above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return at our warehouse, we will refund your original payment method within 2 business days.

Original outbound shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes and any protection or insurance fees are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Your bank or card issuer may require a further 3 to 10 business days to post the funds to your account.

We will email you once your refund has been processed.

Lost Parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit and the delivery address entered at checkout was correct, we will send a replacement.

If you would prefer a refund, we will confirm non-delivery with the carrier after 14 days and then process the refund.

Colour and Sizing

We aim to provide accurate product photography, although colours may vary slightly between screens. If you would like guidance regarding colour, material or sizing before placing your order, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
